Changes to products, prices and description
We reserve the right to make changes to products without warning. This includes pricing and descriptions on the website.
We aim to list all our products as accurately as possible, however we cannot guarantee that the colours in our images will appear the same on every screen. Our products are all hand made in small batches and will naturally vary.

This Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Seapink. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and in using this service you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

UK Shipping costs are included in all purchase prices.
For international postage please email us for prices.
We ship via 2nd Class Royal Mail postage. Due to our remote location, please bear in mind that purchases may take a day or two longer than expected to reach you.
Cancellations and returns
If you are unhappy with your goods, you can return them in a saleable condition within 28 days of receipt for a full refund, in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. We cannot accept responsibility should your returns go missing. All returns are required to be accompanied with a covering letter and a copy of the invoice or receipt. A refund will be issued as soon as we receive the goods, for the price paid for the item.
If an item is incorrect or faulty, please inform us within 14 days of purchase. We will provide a full refund or replacement on receipt and inspection of the returned item. We will also cover the return postage costs if the return is a result of an error that we have made or if the goods are faulty.
